Trainlog
A focused training journal for planning sessions, recording the work and seeing progress without turning consistency into another source of noise.
what it is
The problem
Training can quickly become a collection of loose memories: what happened, when, at what weight and whether the plan works at all. Trainlog brings that record together without taking away its simplicity.
The premise
One place should be enough to plan a session, record the work and look back. The important thing is the rhythm — consistency, small results and information that helps make the next decision.
What it taught me
The most useful data does not have to be the most complicated. A good training record should help you return to the work, not create more work.
how it is built
- no rhythm starting point
- simple log what I built
- consistency effect
